Luke is the BEST in the biz! We weren't actively looking to move, but stumbled upon perfect home for us. Luke Chase did a great job selling our home under difficult circumstances. It was late in the year, coming up on the holidays. Mortgage rates had been rising for months which shut a lot of people out of the market. Lastly, the house was completely empty so every mark and scuff was easy to see. But, Luke arranged for a good photographer and also made a fine video of the house, along with negotiating with our buyer. When the buyer's loan fell through a week before closing, Luke was able to use his connections to find a different mortgage company for them that approved the loan. We were able to close before the end of the year which was good for us and also for the buyer. Throughout Luke kept us informed of showings and patiently discussed the Ins and out of marketing and of knowing when to accept or reject an offer.
